When the sale happens, you first receive the full “as-is” value of your land—the amount it’s worth today, before any improvements. We then recover the expenses we invested into the project—things like surveys, engineering, legal fees, and city applications. After that, whatever profit is left is shared with you, and you receive 30–50% of the upside.
